Production saw cutting utilizes NC controlled vertical band saws for precision cuts of bars, beams, tubing, and other structural sections. With a beveling head, our saw cutting process can fabricate straight or beveled cuts of 16” x 16” carbon steels.
MISA Metal Fabricating, Inc. custom fabricates precision parts with a combination of (12) CNC mills and lathes for drilling, machining, tapping and boring operations. Our multi-pallet vertical and horizontal machining centers ensure quick turnaround for industrial parts up to 62" x 30" x 30". For close tolerance turning of up to 2” diameter round stock, we utilize a high speed Hurco lathe with an automated bar feed system.

Our forming operations can either receive customer supplied dies or our experienced in-house tool room staff can machine a new die set to design requirements. The 175-230 ton capacity hydraulic press brakes have CNC back gauges for precision bends of material up to 10’ wide.
